The AGENT that was responsible of my auto insurance coverage was Jay Garcia, this experience is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL thing I’ve ever had to deal with he was recommended to me by the father of my child and because of that Jay Garcia thought it was okay to SHARE personal information of mine as (his client) of my policy for a vehicle I was paying for under me & my mom’s name only. Which I also mentioned to Mr. Garcia to kindly not share none of my information with that individual. None of the documents had the father of my child’s name on it yet Mr. Garcia still proceeded to give him information because they are “friends” not only did Mr.Garcia give private information but also proceeded to adding a vehicle to my policy that I NEVER agreed on to be on my policy which I clearly stated to Mr
