I had the misfortune of dealing with Liberty Mutual after one of their insured drivers crossed 4 lanes of traffic right into my car and left it damaged and in need of repair. Liberty did accept 100% fault for the incident, however Not only did they draw out the process for my repairs so that I could get my car into the shop and fixed (at least an extra week longer than USAA, whom I am insured by had already accepted the repair charges LESS THAN 30 MINS AFTER I HAD LEFT THE SHOP and left me with email confirmation of that fact) but they also refused to authorize a rental that would be comparable to my own vehicle (AWD IS ALL I ASKED DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS) and told me and I quote “ I appreciate you looking out for your own safety, however because WA state law doesn’t require A COMPERABLE VE

I've had my commercial business owner's policy with this insurance company for about 3 years now. I've never had an issue with them. I was prompted to write this review upon learning we can now add certificate holders/additional insured clients onto our policy by simply logging into our Liberty Mutual online business portal! Thanks so much for adding this feature!! No more having to call or email.

Security is as helpful as they can be especially when faced with not having all the necessary information presented. Often encounter delivery drivers who do not have a last name on orders and are unable to do much as far as contacting anyone who may have placed a food order without last name. They do the best they can. They make sure the site is secure as well.

They are extremely prompt and professional. Taylor Woodman specifically was super informative and got us the best rates on our home, auto and trailer! I would recommend them to save you money too!
