Doesn’t want to pay claims, has awful communication about said claims, with customers & dental companies, & the customer service is not good. Trying to call them was terrible, the one star is because they answered my email in a timely manner, & even then the only reason is to turn me down. Talked to Cory & Teresa & nothing was resolved. Absolutely do not recommend.

Had no idea yall were this hated, not going to cover my husbands braces. I never seen that in the policy documents. I hope yall get shut down and loose everything.

Would give a 0 if possible. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. been waiting a month with no check for my short-term disability claim. I turned in all necessary paperwork, waited the 14 days, and said the check would post on tuesday. It's now tues, and guess what? No check. I called yesterday and explained to the lady i hadn't eaten in 2 days..now 3. Of course, they dont care. So I've had no payment in almost a month. Yet i have to pay them on time every month or i don't have health insurance. This company is a JOKE.

DO NOT USE COMPANION LIFE/PIVOT HEALTH!! I just got into a yelling match with 2 men from there, and I do not like to fight but they took me there lol .....Its been 3 days and they could not verify insurance. I have never been gas lit like this. Is customer service not part of their job description? When I finally decided to cancel the guy (James L) was so rude, he was like " you cant just cancel your insurance just cause you don't like your doctor. His tone was sooooo rude. The women were wonderful over the phone even when things were delaying, I have no idea what is going on with the men over there lol. I have never experienced anything like this. If anyone has a number to cooporate or whoever is in charge....please provide it , I need to report this lol ......It felt like I was on an epi

Terrible company with awful customer service. They have no concerns about withholding benefits from insured individuals and refusing to approve claims. This renders people without income for extended periods during times of medical distress.
