Community Care Health Plan

It is very difficult for a person to get linked to mental health services. My doctor can’t refer me due to a carve out with ten insurance, and offices request referrals. Customer service was not able to explain the situation to me in a manner I could understand. I work in medical office and am very familiar with medical plans and referrals. It doesn’t make any sense for it to be this complicated.

Very bad service, we called 5x to get a replacement medical card and they told us that they will expedite it. It’s been more than 2 months since the last time we called and still haven’t received the replacement card.

Community care health insurance Poor services...seems that no physicians want to accept this insurance. Hard to get a referral to see a specialist as a HMO holder very very sad 😥
