I always receive very fast responses comparing to other wholesalers. 4. General Communication - they are very good at it also in problem solving. 5. I was a newbie to commercial quoting more than a decade ago. Thanks to many people at Commonwealth Underwriters then, and now they are my 1st go to.

I've never done business with Commonwealth Underwriters but had an issue with one of their associated carriers. They were able to quickly intervene and help resolve the issue. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if you are shopping for an agent.

We used them for several years, until we have had our first claim. Act of God, huge unexpected storm so customer open a claim and got paid in full. Underwriters sent a letter terminating us. Totally unprofessional, uncompassionate and rude. Yes, they are somewhat good until they pay a claim so they will kick you out
