Combined Insurance

As a loyal customer who has my monthly payment drafted without issue, I expect the same reliability when it comes to filing a claim. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with Combined Insurance. It is unacceptable that six months after submitting a claim, I am still waiting for payment. When customers trust a company with their financial security during difficult times, they should feel valued—not just like another line item for revenue. Combined needs to improve its claims processing and customer service to ensure that those facing serious health challenges receive the support they were promised. Do better for your customers.

Terrible company to deal with!!!! You will not speak with an American on the phone. They will not pay a claim without putting you off for months, and then you will have to make several calls to get any thing done. You will be told your claim is being expedited. It’s not. It will take the claim being expedited 3 or 4 times before you may hear anything back months down the road. I have a cancer policy. It’s like they hope they can put you off long enough you will die, so they don’t have to pay the claims. I now just refer to them as Great benefit like in the movie The Rainmaker. Use Aflac not Combined.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Everything they do takes 2-3 days including Emails and faxes, they constantly tell you they don’t have required information and want everything sent multiple times and it seems like they intentionally drag their feet holding up your money as long as possible.

The worst company I have ever delt with. It is very disheartening to see all the amount of people they have screwed I worry now that I may loose everything before I get paid

After surviving a house explosion I would've never believed that I would have to go through this much mess. No change in information on portal in over one month. 45 min wait time, no agent ( changed 4 times) don't purchase this!!!
