Never ever will I tell anyone else to get this insurance!! It's bad enough we have to make a claim for a family member's life insurance, but these CBlife workers are not doing their job correctly!! I forgot her name, so I hope the best for her because she took the time and told me that I was missing some paperwork and NO ONE else did and now I have to wait another 6-8 weeks for a check. Shame on the rest of the lazy, incompetent employees who aren't doing their jobs right!!

I wish my parents never picked this place, they must look for the worst people in history to work for them then they say “no I CAN DO WORST” and pick those people. We have been waiting months for our funds, they keep saying we need this and that but won’t call to let anyone know! An incompetent, irresponsible, and terrible company. Our dad has been buried since March, we still have nothing!!!

This company is terrible. I’m trying to get my money and each time I submit forms there is always something wrong. I called yesterday and I was told that I again submitted a form. I was told that I left a section blank. I was emailed the form and I saw that the section had been altered by the CB life. It looked like it had beep whited out. I had a copy of the form and my copy was initial😡 This company is not to be trusted

NEVER get insurance from this place. They do not care about the people and my client has canceled them months ago and they still have not sent her money.

After a long time I finally got my money. It took years for me to receive it. I would never again invest any money with C B L
