The hiring process at Farmers was very thorough and well structured. I never felt like I was navigating this on my own because they made sure I had a mentor to walk me through each step and helping to cheer me on through the exam process. The insurance exams were difficult but with all the help I received from Teresa, Randon, and Thomas I was able to successfully pass each exam and secure my position within the company. I highly recommend anyone looking to get into the insurance industry to apply at the Farmers District Headquarters.

The Denver District office has been great through my whole journey to becoming an agent. Teresa and Randon have been great coaches and mentors. Recommend this district above any other in the state.
