Colby Insurance Group

We have used the Colby Insurance Group for many years and I have always been impressed with their team. Heather, our agent, has compared coverage for our home and auto insurance and found us the best coverage at the lowest rates. She has been very responsive when addressing our insurance needs. My husband and I appreciate the professionalism of the staff at Colby and will continue to have them manage our insurance.

We are very happy that we decided to use Colby Insurance Group for our insurance needs. After 10 years with another provider, we were very pleased with the professional, courteous, competent, and speedy service. They provided us with better insurance at better rates. We haven't had to actually use the insurance so I can't speak to the insurance servicing part of the experience, but so far it has been a company I would use and recommend again.

Trying to get insurance for a new business. Very poor communication. Had to follow up with phone calls. They eventually sent forms to fill out with little instruction. No one bothered to follow up. Simple courtesy email or call would be professional if you can't help. Other Insurance agencies were much more responsive.

The entire experience from the initial call to the end was the best I have ever had buying auto insurance. Sue picked up the call immediately and there was no annoying robot asking questions. Sue made sure we had all discounts that would be applicable for us and worked out the details quickly and thoroughly. She suggested I add my wife car as well to the policy which saved us even more money! Now we have our home and all 3 cars with Colby Insurance and its much easier to manage.
