She not only has gotten us better coverage at a lower price, but she's right on top of things in regards to renewals etc. Whenever I have a question she is very quick to get back to me, and if she doesn't have an immediate answer she lets me know when she will be able to get it to me. I'm impressed and happy with the service. Note that I previously worked for large insurance companies in the past and even as an employee the service was not as good as it is now.
