Coastal Shield Insurance

Recently I learned that the owner of Coastal Shield Insurance created a company policy that may be violating PCI/PII laws by mandating herself, and her employees transmit client information to consumer ChatGPT OpenAI models to draft emails and documents. This information can be, and likely is, used by OpenAI and their partners to train future models. I would not recommend this agency as they may be willing to expose their clients personal information for convenience. We have since moved our policies to a new, more transparent and legally sound agency.

What a great experience, Mande is very knowledgeable and helpfuful. She was very patient and looked out for me. The rates saved me money and the insurance coverage was better than I had. I am very pleased.

It is a pleasure working with them, and I would highly recommend.

Finally an Insurance Agency that is quick with a quote and getting you insured. It was such an easy process with Mande. She asked all the right questions, added all the discounts, and provided me with a great rate for Homeowners Insurance.
