I want to get all the details together about how one of the managers there accidentally sent me a message about me intended for somebody else, with obscenities, and then when my very next payment was due it was $50 more than the agreed-upon monthly. So once I have the entire review I will make sure to leave it here with names so you guys know who has helped and who has not been able to keep their word or has fully made me lose any respect and confidence I had in this company that I have been with for years. I have tried to reach out and they have told me that they would have their managers and owner call me, yet nobody has contacted me in almost a month. So maybe this will work.

I've been with them for years and have NEVER had issues. They call back on the same day or following business day and are so helpful!! Very fast and to the point so you don't have to worry about being put on hold or anything. They get the information they need, do their job fast and efficiently, and call back with OPTIONSSSS!! That's the best part!! Thank you all SOOO much for taking g care of us!! So glad my coworker referred us!! Thank you!!

I must share my experience with this company! I have been dealing with Shawn for about a year now. After we resigned my renewal I was good to go. I have a 20 year old who just got his permit and I needed to add him. I know was got to see a major increase because he was getting added. So anyway myself and Shawn are on the phone with progressive and her attitude bewildered me! Just talking down to me because my son with a disability wasn’t on my insurance, my education wasn’t on there and I wasn’t a RN but I do work in the medical field. Now the rate was a crazy increase $745 down payment and over $400 a month! When I asked her all because of adding my son’s the increase went up that much? She was so rude and said no it’s also because of your education and Job! Her attitude was uncalled for

Aaron has excellent customer service and customer care. The guy Rob seems little "pushy" and also called to tell me what DMV will no do.... It's not wise to give a unasked opinion and definitely not the customer service I'm looking to deal with as I am in no rush at all....
