Sally and Brent Coleman have been my Home and Auto Insurance Broker for at least 10 years. They have been professional, personable, proactive and dedicated to assisting with maintaining the best and cost-effective insurance carrier on a yearly basis. Annually, I receive a letter suggesting that I contact their office (before my policy is to renew), just to make sure my premium remains competitive. I believe they have directed me between three major insurance carriers over the 10 years of service that they have provided. I cannot imagine purchasing Home, Business or Auto insurance without having a broker, as I have seen two of my three insurance carriers increase premiums over the years, without justification.
