Tammy Rose was so much help, I recently married and needed to merge me and my husbands insurances together. She made the process quick and straight forward. Everyone in the office was very nice and welcoming, highly recommend!

Our first meeting they saved us money after reviewing our policy and reminded us our Life Insurance policy was up for renewal. We have had excellent customer service from the Team. I'm very happy with the service provided by Cliff Ward and his team. I can say nothing but good things about them. I've been a customer for years. Everytime I call or visit in person, everyone has been very friendly and informative. It's very easy to get in contact with them. I recently added my teenage son to the policy and Tammy was very helpful in making sure I know about possible discounts and made the process as easy as possible.

Leslie was a awesome person to deal with, great communication with talking me through different policy's ran me through 10 different options before I made up my mind. Highly professional strongly recommend. A+

My family has been with Cliff Ward for over 20 years. The customer service has been atrocious the past few years and seems to be getting worse. I left a message for him to get back to us on a recent change to our policy and still waiting over a week for a call back and I asked to specifically speak with Cliff. I don’t think it matters that we have been long time customers, we feel like just a number at this point. I would look elsewhere first your insurance befitting choosing this one. Update - Even after Cliff proceeds to comment on my review, still haven't had a reach out, which within your control Cliff and your "outstanding customer service". So in reality we are just another number and paycheck for your office.
