Claudia Morales: Allstate Insurance

My husband and I bought an auto insurance policy from this company about six years ago! The policy kept renewing and every six months to a year, it would increase with no claims! No accidents took place either the whole time we had their insurance! The car was mostly in the garage as we did not drive that car much and moved to PA and we had other vehicles! My daughter also was on the policy as she drove it too sometimes, but no claims with her either! When she started working from home, she said that she hardly drives this car, and to only get liability! We were paying $245 a month! I spoke to them last November 2025 asking for only liability! They quoted me $80, but when it came to payments in December, they charged my account $107! I did ask about it and wanted to speak to the main perso

Switch to Allstate and in two renewals my insurance went up $50 a month! Finally found different better insurance as i instructed them to cancel mine on certain date, they didn’t do it! Excuse was oh my request got stuck in system, lmaooo really!!??

I bought an Allstate auto policy online and received a purchase confirmation email with the name of Claudia Morales and her information on it. After a few days I had an accident. I called her office regarding the matter. First of all, she was barely responsive to the calls. Instead, there were some staff with limited capability in the process from whom I kept hearing Claudia was away from work. Later I figured out my policy purchase was not recognized by Allstate with the excuse that the policy was bound online and not in person!!! It took about 4 weeks so they just verify I had really bought the policy and to find my policy number. But still they were asking me to wait so the “coverage” comes up for them in their system, which is what the claims department need to file my claim and procee

She doesnt answer or call you back. She refuses to take care of her loyal customers. Do not come here. She gives Allstate a bad name. I only had a question about paying the bill and she hanged up. When I called back, she got angry. Unprofessional.
