Kelly is so great at what she does. We have a small used car lot in Ohio and any time we get a customer that needs insurance I Always call Kelly at Citywide. She is always nice, extremely helpful and gets the job done quickly. The best part is she always finds the lowest price for our customers. I just want to really acknowledge this insurance is by far one of the best insurances I’ve ever delt with ! I’ve been with them a little over a year now , and they have really impressed me . The agent I work with most is Brandy Hutchison and she is hands down amazing ! She’s super easy to work with , she accommodates my request in every way she can , she goes above and beyond to make sure my every concearn is taken care of , and they have been the cheapest insurance around for me. I’m a receptionist at a dealership where I can’t really talk on the phone as much to take care of my personal business , and Brandy has literally done whatever she could to keep in contact with me and keep me as up to date as possible .
