Cindy Chung - State Farm Insurance Agent

Cindy has been less than helpful when we moved. We were told we needed a new roof (21 year old roof with 30 year shingles) to insure our new house given 1 1/2 months to get it replaced. We couldn’t get scheduled in with a roofer until two weeks after this timeline. Cindy would not help us get an extension for the two weeks and told us we needed to get a new insurance company. We were happy with State Farm and Cindy until this point but unfortunately she didn’t want to take the time to figure out any other options although other State farm agents told us it should have been possible to work out.

Honestly I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. I deal with Connie but all the ladies are great! I don’t even have to call anymore if I want to switch anything or have a question. I just send Connie an email and she gets back to me super fast. If you want to deal with a State Farm office that treats people with respect it’s this office.

Cindy and Connie are best! Always take care of me and make sure I get what I need. Both are so informative, helpful & friendly... i couldnt ask for a better place or staff! Love them!
