I have been with Body Borneman for probably about 15yrs or so. Up until the last couple years things were great. I think the agency is in shambles currently and needs to get it straight. I have already moved 2 of my policies and not far from moving the rest. I am constantly given incorrect info. I have gotten quotes that were incorrect on a fairly regular basis. I have also been forwarded other people's quotes as well as insurance cards on more than one occasion. I always need to recheck my paperwork and have my agent correct mistakes that cost me money. When my agent is out its a hassle trying to get anyone else to help. The front desk person is clueless and transfers to people knowing they are not in the office after you make it known you need someone to make a change to your policy whil

My agent Susan Fultz has been with the company for many years and always gives me all the information I need to make the most informed decisions for my family. My husband and I had a home owners policy, and my husband had car insurance with this branch for many years. Unfortunately, John passed away.
