I wanted to share this review with others who are current or future clients of Chuck Montgomery's Statefarm Agency in Middletown, DE. His staff specifically Ashley Haes is focused on customer satisfaction, and results. Her goal is resolving client's issues/needs, and working thru the details. and always there to lend advice and guidance on how to resolve matters. My son is her client for Auto and Home, and she made the difference in the user experience. Chuck you have a valuable member of your team, and we are extremely happy with the service, but most important the personalization of the highest level of customer satisfaction. Forget Jake from State Farm. I just got off the phone with Ashley H from the Middletown branch and wow that was great customer service. If I could give more stars then I would. Excellent interaction across the board. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and able to sign up for the service that I needed. She alleviated all of the headache that normally comes with dealing with insurance. 11/10 interaction. Whatever you are paying her isn't enough. She absolutely deserves a raise and a bonus.

This office has all of our policies with them. They have been so reactive to our needs it has been great. Chase has been a real advocate for us on a homeowners claim following up to get things done and calls made.

Switched my Home owners & Auto to State Farm recently. I got better rates & more coverage than my previous insurance provider. Ashley was great to work with & followed up to make sure we didn’t have any additional questions.

Courtney is so amazing she helped me through the whole process explain every detail about my policy she was so patient and provide the correct information I really appreciate working with her she is so awesome the whole staff is awesome very knowledgeable and welcoming
