Christina and her staff have been great! Unfortunately I did have to file a claim few years back when a large buck jumped in to the middle of my car and totally destroyed it. My car was towed to where it was being repaired and I had a very nice rental in the same afternoon. They checked with me every week to make sure everything was okay
