CHUBB

By far the worst insurance company I've ever delt with. 0 communication from them on everything. Their auto pay doesn't actually work so you have to manually pay them and if you fail to do that they'll cancel you without sending and email or by letter. Also, if you are "fortunate" enough to get it activated again, they wont say a word to you about having to sign any additional papers, then cancel your insurance again without warning. If I could I'd give them 0 stars. DO NOT USE this company!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with CHUBB on a claim. It has been 3 months and they still have not resolved the situation. The position they have put their client in in unbelievable. It is such a small claim that is cut and dried and still they have managed to turn it into a legal battle. Very simple, their client installed a water line incorrectly and it came loose during the night and flooded out a space. Clear case? No, they refuse to make the repairs and are shorting $3,800 so that now there is a legal issue. And the adjuster is a most obnoxious, rude and nasty individual. Stay away from CHUBB. They are not a good insurance carrier.

The worst insurance company to deal with I work for a law office set the claim up with Chubb stated someone will call in 48hrs provide me with adjuster and claim number Never. happened called to follow up they then say it was sent to third party administrator call them they have no record on the claim total disaster will not Recommend this insurance to anyone..

Filed a claim with Chubb when one of their clients was clearly at fault. Took 5 months for them to admit fault. I was never able to get a hold of the adjuster via email or call. Frequently got different answers when I tried to speak with other adjusters. Beyond frustrating with the lack of communication.

If you want smooth and easy insurance for NOT use CHUBB!!! This company is mid at best and the management in the O’Fallon location is a complete joke. On top of which if you want to support a company that supports and compensates their employees definitely look elsewhere.
