I have used Chubb for several years. Everyone I have dealt with has been so professional and prompt in their responses to my questions and needs. Their group of preferred providers/subcontractors has been equally smooth to work with. It is a relief to have an insurance company that cares about their customers' needs.
Our small business used Chubb for liability insurance. We found a far better rate. No problem, switched 6 months into our policy premium that we paid in full and they are refusing to refund the balance of the 6 months. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHUBB - THEY WILL SCAM YOU - see you in court.
Love this company...they care about people!
