Yikes what a nightmare it is trying to get hold of someone. Their phone system is impossible. They called me regarding an accident and I was actually unable to get through to anyone to resolve this. I don't know much about this company and I know everyone is trying to save money but their phone setup is ridiculous.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated after job reneged on a quote to my insurance broker indicating they wanted more policies headed in order to use them. They said yes first then they came back and declined it requiring additional insurance through them. If this is the way they handle customers before signing up, I can only imagine how bad they are should anyone have a claim.

moved into a home previously insured by previous owners with chubb. they quoted a price that was high but I was moving from another state so decided to stay with them. once we moved in they called scheduled an inspection of the property. when it was completed about 2 months later, they call and tell me that they are increasing the rate $2000.00 and back dating it to move in date. when I asked why it increased they stated it was due to renovations that had taken place. when I told them I hadn't done any yet she said that she would remove that and then my rate went even higher because I was getting a renovation credit. I asked for them to explain how the value of the home from their estimation increased from previous owner and previous inspection and she said she could ask underwriting to lo
