Christopher Hull: Allstate Insurance

Allstate's logic on Drivewise is warped. Less miles driven = less risk right? Not with their Drivewise. Spoke with Holly about it. I had to call back 5 days later because she promised to call back and did not. Just make sure YOU follow up. So on customer service...shaky. Driveline...doesn't make sense.

I switched to Allstate abou a year ago and I’m extremely satisfied, not only are their rates cheaper than any I’ve found their customer service is amazing. Their app is so easy to use and navigate to not only pay your bill but to change coverage or add coverage, it’s so easy. I would recommend Allstate over and over again.

Andi is fantastic!! My boyfriend was having issues dealing with the claims adjuster assigned to his case. It had taken weeks to make any movement with his claim, until he spoke to Andi. She solved weeks worth of issues in a little over an hour. Thank you!!!
