Zach and Paul were amazing! Zach answered all my questions, which there were plenty of and made sure that all of my needs were covered. Switching from previous carrier which I had been with for almost 6 years, so that says a lot about the service and people behind Paul Lavelle State Farm! Great people to do business with, would recommend them 10/10!

Paul and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We have auto insurance (including 2 drivers under 25 yrs old), homeowners insurance and boat & jet ski coverage. The staff took the time to make sure we had the appropriate coverages and protection on all of our policies, and State Farm's prices were 15% lower than our previous insurance carrier. I highly recommend Paul, Jinni, Zach and Clint to assist with all of your insurance needs!

Jinni Gooch helped me out so much with getting a better price on my car insurance. She answered everyone of my questions and showed that she knew what she was talking about. I frequently call the Paul Lavelle State Farm office related to my insurance questions. Today I got an email stating I have a premium due in 6 days, but I have not seen a bill. Clint was, as always, very helpful. He let me know what the bill was for, processed my payment and emailed me a receipt. I appreciate that all my contact with this office has been positive and helpful.
