Christopher Brown - GEICO Insurance Agent

I am new to the area and I just wanted to say my experience with the Chris Brown office was great. I receive a quote in late December which was pretty affordable. I didn't however do business with them until late January. I liked that when I called, their was no need to rush me. I at no point felt pressure or overwhelmed to obtain their business. The agent I worked with named was Jay and he remembered our conversation from the previous month. Honestly within our first call I knew I would be getting the insurance, not only because it was affordable but the agent was great. He was patient, kind, and very helpful with answering my questions.He was also through and had great knowledge of what I was looking for. I moved my family of 6 (5 vehicles with 3 young drivers) from Progressive to GEICO with the help of Chris and Nicole. I had a few extra minutes while I was waiting on someone and thought I would just check and see what they could do. It saved our family over $1000 per month!!! They were very easy to work with, and I will sing their praises to anyone that will listen. They made a big difference in my family's finances and I'm very thankful.

Christopher Brown came to speak to our leadership classes at Beachside High school. He was very informative, engaging and helpful. I can personally say i learned quite a bit from him and it was great to have him! Thank you Mr. Brown!

I just change to GEICO and want to give a shout out to Nichole. She quickly gave me all the details I needed and was super friendly and professional. They cut my auto and motocycle policy premiums in half with better collision and comprehensive coverage. I wish I had researched this years earlier. I definitely recommend Christopher Brown and it is great to have a local company where real people answer the phone rather than a virtual organization with an annoying answering service that is automated, inaccurate and impersonal; (yes, USAA I am talking about you)

I needed help to setup my acct as a new customer. Christopher was courteous and extremely helpful. Made me feel quite relaxed. He set up the acct and printed the documents for me. I will give him 5 stars
