Shannon Olson - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently went back to State Farm auto insurance after cancelling with another company and I am happy I did. Hannah got back to me quickly, was friendly and professional and gave me plenty of details when I asked for them. She also presented me with options but wasn't pushy at all. I've used this office for a few years and they are always prompt and helpful. It's nice to know I can connect with an actual human quickly when I have questions or concerns and don't have to do everything online.

My agent is very knowledgeable about her job Always willing to answer and question i may have had. Shannon's communication skills are incredible. She worked with my schedule and she always informed me if anything changed. If you want a agent that goes above and beyond you need Shannon's Olson. Her ability to always show how much she cares for her clients and not treat her clients like a number made me switch to State Farm She is all around a great person very kind hearted and loving.
