Christina McConnell: Allstate Insurance

I have been a client of Christina's for over 15 years, and my experience has become increasingly disappointing. Throughout our time together, I found her to be rude and unhelpful, often failing to communicate important policy changes that directly affected my coverage potentially costing upwards of $15,000. When I finally decided to part ways and informed her of my decision, her response was shockingly dismissive: "This is working out perfectly." This lack of professionalism and concern for my needs made it clear that my interests were not a priority. I would not recommend her services to anyone seeking a reliable and supportive insurance agent. It's crucial to work with someone who values communication and client care. Christina is not that person.

Great agency, folks are great to work with. Always helpful and always available. Great staff. This agency does a fantastic job finding the right coverage at a very competitive price. They are professional, friendly and care about their customers. I highly recommend them. They are the best!
