Audrey Jankucic - State Farm Insurance Agent

Was a loyal customer of this agency and State Farms for over 20 years. Remarried and decided to join my wife's policy with other company. Told the owner of agency that I might be coming back soon and would need quote. When I requested quote price, it was much higher that before. Asked her why and she stated that now I am a new customer. Told her very nicely that it would have been nice of her to tell a loyal customer this this might happen if I left company. She answered very nastily and told me that it would be better for me to go to another agent. Could never recommend anyone that treats a loyal customer this way.

Would not recommend. First my collision was canceled without me knowing and called the agent and asked me to send a copy of my previous policy to fix issue. Then was not getting my driver safety class discount for a year because even though I told the agent the certificate was not requested from them. If you do go with this agent I would double cechk everything.

Soo friendly and they know what they are doing! Thank you for treating me with such great customer service.

Very rude and short-tempered over the phone when I was trying to open a policy. Forced to look elsewhere
