We have auto (for 3 vehicles), homeowners, and rental insurance (for kid's college apartment) with State Farm and I just love the responsiveness of our agent - Christina Hallowell. Not sure if this is across the board with all SF agents, but Christina is great to us. I can literally send her an insurance or policy question at any time and she's always very quick to respond with the answer and whatever information I need. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. SF Roadside Assistance is great to have and I've used it multiple times (the most recent being a tow yesterday which I submitted via the SF app). It can be a little cumbersome depending on what you need (jump start, tow, etc.) but after having a few issues with the app and subsequent follow-up calls, the last rep I spoke to was very pr
