When I started coming here they were very nice and helpful. We dropped the insurance the other day due to prices and when we called to discontinue the lady was very rude and nasty. She was very boisterous and demanding like tone when she was asking us questions. Very unhappy with that. Was a customer for 10 plus years. We'll never go back.

Maryann made switching insurance a breeze and saved us (literally) a ton of money on our insurance with even better coverage than we had. Would highly recommend calling her for a quote! She was amazing!

All the office people that I talk to you by phone are very helpful and pleasant and answer my questions but when I go to the home office in Pottstown, sometimes it seems like I’m taking time out of your day to stop by and pay my bill. They’re friendly, but not friendly. I wish they would work on this. All they do is sell insurance and work behind a desk all day it’s not like you’re breaking stone.

I guess they were ok as Insurance companies go. My only real problem is that after I sold my dads house we contacted the Pottstown office and stated as much. there was an overpayment made and a week later I had to call again to remind them. they knew nothing about it. lol. 30 days later just 2 letter saying they will refund. last letter said 15 more days. so 45 days to receive a refund. took me 3 minutes to make a payment. I know they are all this way..just sometimes i need to vent it out because it just isn't right. M

Below average service that has customers paying higher premiums than they should. Agents provide coverages that give best commissions and benefits company instead of the customer. I suggest anyone shopping for insurance should look elsewhere and any current customer should review their policies asap.
