I have been with this location for years now and they have always been helpful and pleasant! Recently Sophia Zoeller helped me with a complicated situation over the course of weeks. She communicated quickly and efficiently. Very compassionate and competent :)

I have been a State Farm customer for over 20 years and have received courteous service from everyone except one person. She's always rude. I told her Friday that she is the reason I am leaving Sutherland. My business insurance expired with State Farm as I have transferred to another insurance agency. I was quite upset when my business was given not one but 3 false and harmful reviews by an employee of Chris Sutherland because this person felt I was unkind by being honest with the woman employee in question. I was not rude to her just honest about her behavior. Chris received notice of this false review by his employee and reached out to me to assist. Thank you Chris. He fired the employee who made the false statement and offered his assistance to help me. Thank you Chris for being honest,
