I have had Chris Miller Insurance since 2014 at first the rates were great. While I have never filed a claim on homeowners insurance my premium last Aug went up to 4300 I called Chris Miller's staff and asked them to look for something cheaper. They said there was nothing. Finally my homeowners was past due, due to the mortgage company paying the wrong amount. It took Chris Miller's office 6+ months to deal with this issue. So I decided to find a new broker, my home owners is now 1/2 of what it was. So I called Chris Miller's staff and told them in April 2021 to cancel all of my insurance. 1 month after cancelling I called their office and asked where the credit was on the rest of the homeowners insurance. The Chris Miller Agency gets the job done and strives to find you an insurance plan within your budget . Service is always timely and professional . They have insured several homes and autos for me personally. Every experience with this agency has been top notch .

Each time we’ve spoken with the agency, we’ve been very disappointed with our interactions. They allowed our home owners insurance to lapse a few years ago, and it took over a month to get it reinstated, at which point we also had to pay a higher premium as a consequence of allowing it to lapse. Would recommend going elsewhere for your needs.

Upon receipt of a significant rate increase with our MetLife auto insurance I contacted a Chris Miller Insurance representative to discuss options. The representative told me the increase was not uncommon with MetLife, that she would try to find a better rate with another company and get back to me the following day. The following day came and went along with four more business days. I called their office again, but got their recording so I left a voice message to please get back to me. Another week went by without hearing from them so I went to their office. A note was on the door that due to COVID-19 to call the office for an appointment.
