Chris Jones' office was easy to reach, accurate, and easy to work with as we transferred several State Farm insurance policies to Seattle after moving in from another state. Their agent Sherry Bell got me started during a real estate purchase of my home, and more recently, Israel Jensen, walked me through various options now that I have been in the home, made improvements, and understand some of its unique qualities that I would want to have covered. I just posted about Dana helping with our home owners insurance, but i would also like to give credit to Gaby. She was extremely helpful with making changes in our home owners insurance dates due to our closing coming earlier than expected. She was very quick to assisting me, literally within minutes she was able to make changes and send me copies of what we are needing! Happy with this team’s service!

Wow! I was blown away at how great of an experience I had with State Farm compared to my experiences with progressive previously. Luke LeBoeuf initially helped me to get a quote and he was very easy to talk to and to explain some of my concerns. He was also extremely patient with me while I got him some of the information he needed. We even got into a conversation about my family and joked about how my kids not being old enough to drive quite yet! Anyhow by the time he had my quote, I was already sold! Then he told me the cost my insurance would be with them and I was blown out of the water! States Farm saved me a lot compared to Progressive! Kind, funny, and patient people PLUS incredible prices! Can't ask for more than that when you're shopping for insurance! It's a great place to be in
