Taylor Brown is exceptional when it comes to customer service. My husband and I have never experienced such courtesy, friendliness and professionalism especially from an insurance agent. We will stick with him just for that reason, besides of course getting good deals sand service.

Alexa's team reached out to underwriters and Allstate agreed to insure me based on their review of my property when other underwriters were shockingly expensive or outright refused to insure me. Wow! They came in at a totally reasonable price and then after some research I ended up bundling everything with Allstate due to the overall lower price for everything! I have been a customer w/Allstate, specifically the McGuire's, for a very long time, just over 30 years if I recall correctly? Being a small business owner myself, it is great to see the McGuire Insurance Agency continue on to the next generation. What makes it even better is that I still receive the same level of service, if not better and that is pretty remarkable in this day and age. Each interaction with Alexa and her staff has been great, they have always answered my questions and taken care of my insurance needs. In an age where customer service seems to be lackluster, Alexa and her staff have made it a priority to shine.
