Awesome help! I was to the wall with worries, My husband was in the hospital and we had 0 insurance. We could not afford it. Our 36 years together we had insurance for 33 yrs. I have had the worst luck with getting answer with my insurance. Lisa and Edna really came through and helped me. Everytime I called they stayed on the phone with me until I got everything straightened out. Hopefully now it is. I pray that it is. If not I'll be calling them back..lol! Please forgive the name. I don't know how to change it for reviews. My name is Matt and I've been using Choice Advocate Insurance on and off for about the past 5 or 6 years. I wasn't able to make it to the office today and needed to get healthcare before August 1st. Today is July 31st so I was worried that it wouldn't be possible. I was helped by a gentleman named Jack Riley. Jack was so nice and very understanding of my situation and was willing to do anything he could to help. He was even kind enough to give me his personal cell phone number so I could reach him due to the time issue I was dealing with. Had a sweet girl approch me about health care insurance at my home and she gave me a card for Felicia Armstrong at this office. I called her and she sent a text asking to call back but never did. I called back the next day and she was extremely rude. She answered with just a hello? Then I said hello. Then she just says how may I help you? As If she didn't just send someone knocking on my door the day before. Then I proceed to say how I was calling about the affordable health insurance, then she just rudely replied again okay how may I help you? I almost hung up the phone but I'm a patient person.
