Chesterfield Insurers

I have dealt with Chesterfield insurers for over 14 years after I was injured as a member of my local Fire Dept. I have recently needed another surgery (#13 that is) and I came to Jennifer to let her know. In over three months I've paid all bills outta my pocket since they didn't forward over my information to the medical provider. I have called numerous times with no response, I have had to call multiple times just to get a answer from them. I've tried to call upper management but they could care less about what I have going on. As a disabled firefighter that was injured by their client I should be treated like a human being and not a number I suggest everyone whether you are actively looking for a insurance policy for your local VFD or FD to steer clear of Chesterfield insurers. For many years (over 10), service was ok; lately, not so much. Last year in 2016, I called Lorrie to increase my auto insurance coverage; thinking that was done--continued forth under an incorrect assumption because coverage was never increased. June 2017 had a very disappointing exchange regarding policy coverage. Happy to report; however, that I found the group at Richmond VA. Wonderful personalities and Bonnie is saving me $1k per year to boot with a much better company-- Richmond VA is highly recommended.

Lorrie is very helpful. They really try to get you the best insurance. I've been with them on and off and every experience is a good one.
