I had such fantastic experience With Ms. Char this week. She was so sweet and charismatic and took her time to explain my options for adding new vehicle to family’s policy. She explained various deductible options with me until I felt satisfied with one!! Her patience and professionalism were excellent. AVOID THIS AGENT and this office! The level of incompetence is staggering. After being a loyal customer for several years, and never missing a premium payment, I canceled my policy and left the country for an extended humanitarian mission for impoverished children in S. America. I specifically asked them to be very sure I had no outstanding balance knowing that I would be in a remote area with limited connectivity. I even double-checked with them before I left the US. They confirmed that THEY OWED ME a prorated premium refund, yet they sent me to collections for over $940 due to some "mistake" they made. I had to suspend my mission efforts on multiple occasions to first deal with the collection agency, then to deal with the incompetent reps in their office. Charlotte Hooks didn't even have
