I have a policy with Charles Frizzell Allstate Insurance Company. I can say with experience I would not recommend this agency to anyone under any circumstances. His insurance license should be reviewed by the State of South Carolina for competency and for fiduciary failures. A fiduciary is a person or organization that acts on behalf of another person or organization, with the client's interests taking precedence over their own. Fiduciaries are legally or ethically obligated to manage money or property for the benefit of another person, not their own.

I called the Frizzell Allstate Agency to update information on one of our policies. Adrienne was very helpful. She put me in touch with Jaclyn, who walked me through the coverage we had and made recommendations to help us get better coverage at great prices. Jaclyn is extremely knowledgeable. She patiently answered all of my questions and guided me through making the changes needed. Jaclyn definitely went above and beyond to help me.
