Allstate and Ashey were able to help us lower our rate after they increased significantly with our previous provider. We started shopping around to find a different insurance company that would offer us the same coverage at a better rate. Ashley Hall at Champion was amazing. She was able to assist us with bundling our home and cars at a very competitive rate and with the same amount of coverage. I was a customer for five years, initially choosing this office due to competitive pricing, a kind agent, and strong reviews. Unfortunately, over time I learned my policy was poorly balanced and far more expensive than necessary. At sign-up, I was advised that I needed renters insurance because I do not own or rent the home I live in and am not married to the homeowner. I later learned this information was incorrect, and that renters insurance was not required in my situation. When renewal came around this time, the premium seemed unexpectedly high. After comparing with others who have similar driving histories, vehicles, and ZIP codes, I found I was paying roughly double what others were paying. Further review showed my policy had gaps in some areas and excessive coverage in others, off
