By far the BEST agent and agency in St. Charles and the Fox Valley area! Julie and her staff are extremely professional and polite. I have been insured with Julie for the last 12 years and have ZERO complaints! The one time I was in an accident (not my fault), she was able to get my stuff taken care of that very same night and I was in a rental the next day. I would recommend this Insurance Agency to anyone who asks. Julie will take your information and will get quotes from numerous companies she writes with and will fight to get you the lowest price for the best coverage.

Never trust an agency who is owned by someone that would let her son evade responsibility for a car wreck. Nick Fearer rear ended me because he was texting and driving, convinced me he would fully cooperate and asked me not to call the cops because he was not carrying his driver's license or insurance. Now he is not cooperating with the insurance and I have contacted Julie Fearer who has done nothing to get her son to do the right thing. You think I could expect more from a family that owns an insurance agency.
