Love Chad's office, specifically Emily is amazing! I’ve worked with several insurance agents before, but she stands out for her kindness and attention to detail. You can tell she really cares about her clients. We're so grateful for her help!

She not only has a very pleasant personality, but she also provided me with great, prompt, service. It was a pleasant surprise when she got me the same coverage for a lot less money. There were several steps involved to change insurance companies and Melissa did a fantastic job of guiding me along the way. I am most appreciative of her and the way she made this process easy. I really wish this guy would stop sending me massive amounts of junk mail. I’ve requested they stop and they haven’t. I have no plans of switching to State Farm, Chad. Although I do appreciate the snark in your reply, I contacted you both by phone and by mail requesting you cease the mailings. Unfortunately I had to resort to an online review, but glad to see it worked :)
