Jenna did a great job. My 17 year old son recently got his license and my previous insurance went up $200/month just for adding him on. Jenna was able to quote me for myself, my son, and renters insurance and saved me $180/month. I was at work when she 1st contacted me about switching my car insurance and I asked if we could text and she did and got everything set up. Once it was all ready to go we set up a time to talk on the phone and take my 1st payment. Once we completed that call she text me letting me know my cards had been sent to my email. She also answered all of my questions with ease and explained everything perfectly! Thank you for your help.

I needed to get car insurance in Akron Ohio. I called State Farm in Akron Ohio. I talked with Jenna Johnston , she set me up with insurance in a matter of 20 minutes. She answered all of my questions and explained the policy so I could understand. The price for insurance was excellent. I have dealt with other insurance companies and they don't want to take time to explain the policy Or the pricing. That is not the case with Jenna at State Farm in Akron Ohio, she communicates very well. Thanks
