I CALLED A WEEK IN ADVANCE! to schedule a ride to my surgery in Sacramento from merced, got text saying be ready at the time specified, and wait outside for pick up 15 minutes before, or after IN THE COLD MISTY WEATHER, then I get a text saying no available drivers, 1/2 hour after the pick up time, now I have to reschedule my time sensitive surgery, Alliance Transportation is a horrible service relying on Uber, lyft services.

My experience with CCA so far has been calling about an eye infection I've had, being transferred to a department, and after being on hold for a total of two hours being told that they transferred me to the wrong department. I had zero expectations of CCA, and yet, they still managed to disappoint me

It is working for me There great. Right on time, all the time. I am a talker. Receptionist are nice and TLC is nice.

One month later and still no doctor what so ever. I keep getting sent back to the same doctors who tell me there is nothing they can do. They have me going in circles. When I file a complaint with the california insurance comission, the insurance company central california alliance for health, or the medical ombudsman my grievance gets thrown out because nobody seems to have jurisdiction over the matter. I am going to be left with my only two options being suicide or a very long slow death due to lack of medical treatment. Not even worthy of one star. They will not provide me with access to a doctor.
