AAA Merced Branch

Absolutely best branch Ive visited in awhile. I went into the branch and at the counter there was a woman named Norma who directed me to DMV to help me on a specific issue that the agent couldn't. I absolutely loved how transparent they were, I already get confused easily when it comes to logistics, everyone at this branch was amazing. Thank you!

Keyaira is such a great employee very helpful and has the best energy any company can ask for she helped me with everything with clear communication and the most beautiful smile on her face as being apart of this community for over 9 years I’m so glad she is apart of AAA Merced as she has been very helpful respectful and made my day that much better (smiles) 😊!!

I have been a AAA member for many years. In the past, I have had several negative experiences with different agents. They rushed the process and did not address my questions fully. However, few months ago I randomly had the chance to talk to one of the excellent agents at this branch, Danielle Soares. She was exceptionally kind and patient. She also gave me her email for any additional follow ups ( if needed). Since then, I switched all my family's home insurance to AAA. One day, at the end of the day around 5pm, she still called me back and helped me set up a house insurance policy and payment without rushing. She answered all my driver auto-insurance concerns. I feel very entrusted with AAA and such a great employee. I recommended my brother, sister, and sister-in-law to contact her and

Truck driver 1404 was awful, I wish I got his name. He was a young man who was cocky in the stupidest of ways. As a young woman, I definitely don’t know much about cars, but I know my car doesn’t shift into neutral normally when it’s dead. No tow truck driver has been able to shift it when it’s dead without added steps, but this man forced it into neutral twice to the point I heard a loud “pop.” When he towed it to the location, he didn’t even put it in the spot the auto shop asked him to. When my Mom asked to help push it into the auto bay, he pushed for less than five seconds before leaving me a young lady, l to push it while my weak, old mother steered it. The entire thing is ridiculous and while we didn’t say anything at the time it was just so stupid.

I needed to pick up a DMV handbook to study I was immediately greeted with big smiles and warmth! What a nice office and customer service, I am happy that I chose AAA for my auto needs!!
