Cedric Small was Phenomenal! As my former policy was ending, I began shopping for the best insurance experience. I had a great plan before and loved the service I was getting, but I began looking around to make sure I was getting the best value. Cedric has been a superb combination of Quality, Price, Convenience and Peace of Mind. He was very attentive to the things I was looking for, and honest about the rates (which are the best out there btw) and how they compared to his competitors. I was able to do everything remotely and also via phone. He was genuine and patient throughout the entire process and made the switch comfortable and seamless.
