We have had our personal insurance here since 2020. Several weeks ago I asked for quotes with similar coverage. I was given some education about the market space right now, which is tough, I admit. I subsequently asked for quotes from all carriers regardless of deductible amounts/coverage changes/etc so that I could make my own informed decision about how much risk I wanted to assume versus premium charged. Stephanie was quick to respond with reasoning as to why she didn’t recommend doing that. I continued to ask for the information and she continued to respond without providing it. I finally called and spoke with Rochelle who understood my position and apologized, but said they do not want to be sued in the event of a claim and that providing the quotes would take too much time for them

We moved all our insurance needs from our old carrier to Cherry Creek insurance. Great guys and they have honestly gone above and beyond in service for us. We have had many sit down conversations and they have been able to point out several points in our coverage where we had holes and I feel super comfortable with these guys. On top of the great personal service, they are more competitive with prices. Ask for Mike, Andrew or Morgan. You will be happy and confident with CCIG!
