after being a loyal customer for several years, my respects for Mrs. Lupita, excellent attention to me as a client, unfortunatelly she is assigned in a different area, this new woman called Veronica the worst service received, very square, customer service score: "0"... if you are going to be on a bad mood, don't show to work!!! second time this happen with her. and yes, I was rude because of your zero capability to listen your customers.
