I moved from a different Ins. policy to Farmers and was able to save big money. The staff was very informative with the policies and explaning every part of our home insurance and auto. Mr. Gonzalez explained what was covered and what wasn't, never at any point in time was I pressured to add more coverage. We were so pleased with thier service that my wife also got a life policy. 5 stars for great customer communication and understanding our needs.
