Cathleen is the best. She does everything quickly and efficiently. On the rare times I don’t get her on the phone right away, I leave a message and she calls back within a few minutes. It’s unbelievable how quickly she gets things done and back to us. She’s very good at explaining things and giving us the best options. We are so glad we found her, she makes everything insurance related so easy!

We had a pipe burst after our slab shifted, seems like a pretty cut and dry claim for home insurance. My girlfriend called to make a claim to which the agent on the phone said it would be covered. However, Cathleen called right back and said it was not. Thankfully I know someone who’s an insurance agent, they called for me and Cathleen said “she must’ve understood” and that a claim would be filled right away. Long story short after fighting tooth and nail with these people they will not be covering the damage. Stay far away from these vampires.
